It is the Responsibility of our customers to review and understand our strict shipping and returns policies when making purchases.

Please understand we must follow the protocols listed below for all online sales through Hearts and Crosses.

Shipping Rates

  • Orders over $100AUD: Free Shipping via Sendle

  • Orders under $100AUD: Shipping fee varies by Location.

  • International shipping is available via Sendle

Shipping

When placing an online order through www.heartsandcrosses.com.au, all items are shipped through Sendle. Shipping estimates are therefore provided through the Sendle website once the shipment has left our warehouse. Please note that Hearts and Crosses is not responsible for items lost in transit caused by Sendle.

Shipping Within Australia

Shipping within Australia through www.heartsandcrosses.com.au is completed through Sendle.

Delivery Times:

  • Standard Domestic Shipping is 3 - 6 business days (except WA which could take up to 7 business days).

  • Express Domestic Shipping is 1 - 5 business days (except WA which could take up to 5 business days)

  • Instore pickup is usually ready within 24 hours.

Shipping Outside Australia

Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram. 

Hence for international shipping, prices and estimated shipping times may vary - depending on customs laws and distance from Australia.

ALL International orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes unique to your country, based on items being over a certain value set by your local authority. By placing an order on our website, you agree that heartsandcrosses.com.au is not responsible for any custom duties, fees or taxes incurred as a result of your purchase.

  • Custom inspections and import taxes are not within our control and we cannot pre pay these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be before placing an order.

  • Where a custom duties, fees or taxes has been charged to you from your local authority as a result of your purchase, you must pay the amount to your local authority. Failure to do so means you forfeit your purchase and you will not be eligible for a refund. 

  • For NZ customers and NZ deliveries:

    • We will collect New Zealand GST on your purchase, however customs may still charge you import duties, levies and fees.

  • All orders are shipped from our store locations or warehouse via Australia Post.

  • Once exported from Australia, parcels are transferred to your countries most reliable shipping service.

RETURNS

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You can return or exchange your order for any reason you like within a 60 day period. We’ll provide a full refund, as long as the items are clean, unworn, and received by us within 60 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the costs for the return shipping fee. We’ll process your refund after we receive the return.  Please allow 3-4 days for the return to be checked and confirmed, and a further 3-5 for the money to reach your account.
